Is it true that if you pull a grey hair out 3 will grow in it's place?

If you pull out 1 single hair, is it possible to have three grow in where that one came out? NO. Grey, brown, red or blonde, one hair grows in each one follicle. That statement is poking fun at people who stress over grey hair, just saying that if you are so particular about getting rid of one, you are more vulnerable to notice more as your hair changes.

Is it true that if you pull a grey hair out 3 will grow in it's place?

No, pulling a hair does not change the nature of where it came from.

And shaving does NOT make your hair grow back darker and thicker. It just seems that way because you've cut it off at the roots where it is thickest.

Is it true that if you pull a grey hair out 3 will grow in it's place?

No. Not true. Just an old wives' tale. As long as there is Clairol on the shelves of the drug store, you needn't worry too much (stress DOES cause hair to gray).
