to treat hairloss u can use castor oil or methi(fenugreek) oil or sesame oil. use an anti-dandruff shampoo( herbal ones are better) and keep your hair clean and don't share your hair brushes with others. change the pillow cases regularly. eat lots of fresh fruit or juice and protein rich foods. u can also take vit E capsules. this will probably help !

u should use water which is light like if u live in UAE the water is really bad, so u should boil some water then leave it for one night then next day use it,don't use hair oil with shampoos which have anti dandruff..it makes the hair thin,i cant advice u to use a particular shampoo as it depends on ur hair type,comb the hair after a short time and do not cover ur head , never use different kinds of shampoo coz it makes the hair fall worse try one for four five times if it didnt work try another..
