I dyed my hair red for many years...it didn't matter what brand, even professional jobs and special shampoos %26amp; conditioners, etc....ALL red fades....so stay away from any and all reds no matter the brand name....

It really doesn't matter the color, hair grows approximately 1/2" a month so you will need to re-dye to cover roots,and colors fade also. Good Luck!!!

hunny, they all stay on, what depends is how fast your roots grow. but i use revlon. i'm not greying, but it doesn't fade.

I have always heard and experienced that L'oreal natural match is a very good brand of hair dye. I prefer to go to a salon, but I have died my hair myself. Pretty much any L'oreal hair dye will be good and last. All depends on your type of hair too !
